Watching speedruns of Quest 64. While I think I do like the game (though it has its flaws), one thing I don't miss is being turned around because of random encounters. (You can avoid this by paying attention to which way you're facing when a battle starts, but new players probably won't be aware of this trick.)
Extremely poorly rendered 3D human characters (Shogo: Mobile Armor Division springs to the front of that queue).
Just the overall jank, but my child brain back then enjoyed those, was reaaally spoiled by games nowadays
