It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Thanks, but I think you should keep trying to redeem it yourself, especially now that ponczo_ has personally offered to help :) You've clearly been excited for this game to spend so much on it, so I can imagine how frustrating it must be to run into problems like this and not be able to play :/

I haven't tried checking the key myself as I don't have CP2077 & don't want to risk locking the key out for you, but it could be that some of the characters are ambiguously printed, e.g. depending on the font used 0 & O might be similar, or 8 & B etc. It's also possible that the key was simply misprinted.

Or as others have noted, maybe you have something blocking a script or so that the redeem page needs. You could work around this without changing your browser configuration by either booting into a Linux distro's live environment and logging in and redeeming it using the browser there, or setting up a VM and doing it through that. I can guide you through either of these options if needed :)

[EDIT] I PM'ed your code to ponczo_ so he can check it for you & maybe speed things up with getting this resolved :)

Accept my gift Adamhm you deserve it. The help you give to community is the least thanks I could do.

HypersomniacLive: If you're not on the latest Chrome based or Firefox the Continue button won't get active (it was mentioned in the thread about the new redeem page that any Firefox based browsers won't work).
That explains it (ive had this issue myself). I do hate it when GOG does this.

I doubt they have much say in it. Modern infrastructure of the internet is Google/Alphabet, for better or worse, and users, especially business, must adapt or be marked a heretic and outcast.
