rdusanjh: The title I am trying to redeem will not go through. It tells me that "something went wrong, try to reload". I've done this umpteen times to no avail. Anyone else experience this? I am not getting any response from "support" either.
Please note that you must own the base game on GOG in order to purchase or redeem a DLC for it.
You would be presented with a warning message about this in Checkout, and the only way to actually make such a purchase would be to buy a gift code. That being said, this gift code would not be redeemable on an account that does not have the base game on it.
I apologize for the unclear error message in /redeem/, though.

I have also found the ticket which you created an hour ago, and have replied to it with some additional information.
