What have you tried? Is there a config file in either install location or documents? If you have a very large monitor then it's possible the map will be smaller than the screen size so would need to be stretched. You can try:

I confirm this works just fine. If you can't find Close Combat/2.00 where it says to look, just use CTRL-F to find it in the registry.
