Me and a friend of mine really loved playing the Serious Sam games. It has a full blown campaign that you can play in multiplayer.

Most other shooters seem to limit themselves to a completely separate multiplayer mode with much smaller maps where you can do Death Match, Capture the Flag, etc.

This is great for hardcore shooter fans who want to pit their skills against other humans, but for more recreational shooter enthusiasts, I think coop campaign mode is better (it has a richer narrative).

I was wondering if there are other shooters on GOG, besides Serious Sam (and its sequel), where you can play campaign mode in coop with other players.

Anybody knows?

You can play coop multiplayer campaign in Doom and Unreal.

I don't think it actually takes place in a coop, but I believe that Outlaws has a multiplayer mode involving a chicken.

But if you meant co-op, I think Dying Light and Shadow Warrior 2 have co-op campaigns. Not sure about SW2's immediate predecessor.

You might also want to specify whether you're looking only for first-person shooters, or you're open to other action shooters (top-down, isometric, over-the-shoulder third-person, and whatever other perspectives there might be) as well.

you can add saints row 3 and 4 to the list iirc. also, all the games mentioned don't actually feel like co-op. i.e. your free to do whatever you want within the limits of a mission. i'm afraid i don't know if games which actually feel co-operative like gears of war actually exist on gog.

System Shock 2 and SWAT 4 are lots of fun in coop.

And though it's not on gog, Dead Island is great fun in coop as well.
