(a.k.a. this time about different Cyberpunk game)
Game was released in 1996, by Reality Studios (seems like it was initially planned to be released by Apogee as "Cyberpunk Kid", info found on this site: http://rinkworks.com/apogee/s/2.5.shtml).
I think that first time I've played the shareware version was around 1999? 2000? It came on one of the Albion's collection of demo and shareware games (quite commonly available in Poland in those years).
By some reason I've decided to find a shareware version and give it a try again (of course this time with D-Fend/DosBox help), found it!
And IMO it's still holding surprisingly well, despite having rather "mediocre" opinion. Has everything, what I personally like in all those "half 90'" DOS platform games - nice vga graphics, reasonable control and a lot of jumping and fighting/shooting. And of course weird looking enemies.
Sadly, I wasn't able to launch it with sound/music, can't find the reason so far. If someone is interested, here is the link to the site where I've found the shareware/demo version:

It has only 45 votes on community's wishlist, so if someone is interested, don't hesitate and give it a vote:
