If not, than what *do* you prefer?
I prefer Police Constables to vigilantes, yes
low rated
yup especially win10 the best os for the best system
everything else is just hipster thing, bragging or lazyness
I greatly prefer PC.

And PC means "DRM-free". If it's burdened with DRM, it's effectively not a PC game because it has restrictions against what PC means (free ability to edit it, tinker with, adjust save games, and future-proofing, etc).

[Yes, Steam really don't sell much in the way of PC games; it's effectively its own closed console-like system that just also runs atop PC as its base.]

Now, I do wish I could transition to Linux (especially after the shittiness that is Windows 10). But, alas, after a few good years there, PC gaming has regressed and stopped making that easier. I also feel sorry for Mac gamers after Apple continually smashes their endeavors to game on the OS.

Addendum regarding consoles: I do have a PS4 that I bought used late in its cycle cheaply to play some games there. I only do console games with physical media. Same story with a 360 [that still gets used; it had a huge library of long, exclusive games I picked up used]. PS2 and older I emulate. Funny story, I also got a used XBone in a bundle with the PS4 that I've... basically never used. It's a paperweight. I start it every few months to run updates, but that's it. I have no library for it except as a "well, when my 360 dies" system. There's not a single game for any console that wouldn't be better as a bona fide PC game.

+1 yeah the most basic part of pc is you can tailor your setup to your liking and every part of it even codes
At this point in my life, yea.
All my games in one place. Less space taken by consoles. Easy online play. No need to worry about backwards compatibility, for the most part. Easy to mod/add fixes.

Huge negative is console only games like Mario and Zelda.
No, strongly prefer political incorrectness.
Been on PCs since my first Amiga in the 80's. Never got into consoles but I did love the arcades.
not really
ill play on whatever machine there is if there are games on it i like
I prefer sleep.

Is Lord_Kane gone?
I have a soft spot for cartridge based consoles.
I prefer PCs, I want control over my systems and MAC doesn't give that and Windows keeps some control for themselves.
I like first person perspective - and mouse and keyboard is the way to control those games.
I'll always prefer PC (not political correctness, but personal computer right? :P). At the beginning because I was really poor with a controller in my hand; now I'm not so poor but most of the games I have really need a mouse and a keyboard to play with. Besides PC gives you more control on your system and an easy chance to upgrade it.
Not just prefer, but exclusively stick to it.
