ravepeet: I have bought both Cyberpunk as Metro Exodus in the same order on october 19th. Immediately after placing the order, I started playing Metro Exodus and both games were visible in my library and order history. I played Metro for a while until I finished it.

Today I noticed we should be able to pre-load Cyberpunk. I opened GOG Galaxy, but couldn't find the game. Not in my library, not in my order history, nowhere. So I went to gog.com, but neither of the games are showing up there either.

I still have the confirmation mail for my purchase, as well as the achievements I got from Metro. Both games were ordered through gog.com, no key sites or anything like that. I tried refreshing my account on gog.com/user/refresh and gog.com/account/refresh, but nothing happened.

Could anyone help me?
