This is a sign-up board for a game of forum mafia. Anybody who wants to join is welcome. If you don't know what it is check out some useful information and the previous GOG forum games here, or ask in the thread and some lovely people will help you out!

There are two possible scenarios I'm leaning toward for the next game, and I might do something like a semi-open game or something like that but I haven't decided yet. Let's try and fill 12 player slots and see where we go from there!

Some of us like to make an at least moderately informed decision, thus hearing the selected setup would be useful in deciding whether or not to sign up.

Unfortunately not, prolonged exposure to Mafia does bad things to my state of my mind.
Plus I don't really have the time any more.

But I'll step in if needed to.

Bah.

But on the subject of mafia driving people insane, I'm tempted to go for short deadlines this game.
Here's my reasoning:
- I don't want to be moderating for months, and there's a queue of people who are currently eager to mod a game.
- I'd rather risk the game being a little unfair than risk it being too tedious.
- Long days don't allow for people with little time to give their opinion so much as they allow those who are present to waffle on and on. Long nights anger Vitek.
- While horribly painful for me, I'm sure the end of Day One in Game #53 was massively amusing for everybody watching, so more of that to entertain me!
- There's good and bad to both sides of the argument, and you can't please everybody, but this is what I want to do.

Anybody care to try and change my the direction I'm charging in?

Joe's games are extremely tasty. Look into the GOG mafia archive for Hot Jive at Frankie's Bookstore, or the GOG Mafia Retreat thingy one (I can't remember the name). Oh, or A Slalom Mafia which was the Back to the Future III of the Asylum Mafia trilogy.
