While I admit it is looking more and more like our the continent sinking into the ocean might be beneficial to the rest of the planet, I see no need to exclude threads about a sporting event based on it's lack of international adoration. :P

No one knows how silly this little game is more than I do, however no one loves it as much as I do, so cut me some slack. I quite drinking, I quit smoking, don't ask me to give up my NFL!
Don't make me choose between cheesesteak or Sam Adams.

Sam Adams has a brewery right outside of Philly in Lehigh Valley PA.

A sandwich vs a beer? Seems like comparing apples and a jeep. :)

I live outside philly and the fireworks were going off all game and then WENT INSANE as the game ended and for a while after it.

People I know in philly said the taking to the streets was awesome and that practically everything was great energy and fun and a celebration together. Sure, a few stupid idiots did stupid idiotic things, but the news coverage of it seems to be misrepresenting the majority of the situation. It was a city-wide coming together.

You do realise USA are not alone on that continent, right? :D

Collateral damage. :P If there was a way to separate themselves from this mess, don't you think Mexico and Canada would have tried it by now?

The closest they've come was an overpass.

And to think that back in 2008 it was you trying to get rid of them.
America is a supercontinent made up of North, Central, and South America

a supercontinent is a landmass made up of more than 1 continent, so yes, I'm being serious, America is a supercontinent

the United States is the country directly south of Canada

I think you forgot the small section that's north of Canada. :-P

EDIT: Well, probably more northwest-ish really.
