Ayone?

I placed a ticket, but I got an auto mail saying that I have to wait for 2 weeks lol))) Why just auto-refund it, I "played" for 2 hrs and by played I was trying different graphics settings with no result of getting a decent performance.
You'll have to wait the two weeks. If that time is up and you haven't gotten a response, you should put in another ticket.

well...this sucks. Wait for what exactly? Why isn't it automated?
Are you sure it told you to wait two weeks? Didn't it tell you to reply, in order to verify that the request is from the correct mail? Or has GOG support changed the way they handle requests?

Because games here are DRM-free. Frauds could pay, download, refund and simply keep the game. So support has to check every refund request.
