Simple as that - no choices in any of their menus and no responses to other submitted messages about it. I understand they are dealing with a huge number of new owners and they may be short-staffed due to COVID but I this must happen to other and should be a choice. I own at least a dozen gages bought through GOG. They make it so difficult to submit a request that I will go elsewhere in the future for games ...
