It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

It has just stopped moving around the screen. 57% charge and you can click but you cannot move the cursor around the screen at all.

Any help gratefully received!
Some more information would help:

-What type of mouse is it?
-Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?
-Have you tried restarting the computer?
-What software are you using? (Logitech, Corsair, Razer, some custom/open source program?)
-Are you using the latest drivers or is it a driverless Mouse?
Take it’s cheese away!
If clicks are registering but not movement, that sounds like a faulty sensor to me. If none of the suggestions help, I'd definitely RMA it.
I'd also suggest looking at the underside of the mouse and inspecting the sensor area for any dirt, dust or hair. I've found that those things can affect how the mouse registers movement.
Track pad or real mouse? If it's a laptop trackpad, you might have used a pad-tap shortcut to disable the trackpad. This could be (e.g.) a double tap in the top left of the pad.
