I asked for a witcher 3 refund after 1 day because it keeps crashing and i cant be bothered to find the problem. I never got an email saying that i did it, there is no acknowledgement anywhere. i chose the "other" option

Make sure you're checking the right email address associated with your account. You should have gotten an automated confirmation that you submitted a ticket. It may take them longer to process than a day or two though. But they will be in touch.


But the automated response should be almost immediate.

Fastest way to get a refund is to go to https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders and click the ask for refund button. It's more streamlined than their ticket system.

For example, a couple weeks ago I asked for refund via the button, I had it within a few hours. I had to make a ticket for another refund because it didn't have that button, and I still haven't gotten the refund.
