I've received my retail copy of Cyberpunk2077 yesterday.
I've scratched the game card to reveal the GOG game code, using the GOG site, I've tried to 'Redeem a code', but when I do, I get an error message saying "Oops, looks like we are having issues".

I've been trying to redeem the code for Cyberpunk for the last 26 hours, but unfortunately all I keep getting is the same error message. I have logged a support request yesterday as well but I haven't heard anything since.

Is there anything else I could try ?

try to find a gog moderator post somewhere here and open chat and ask there for help could work
go to the store where you bought the game and use their support to help you get a working code
