Yeah, looks like something broke, very likely due to discount issues. I didn't get 10% despite having both FTL and Into the Breach here, though I bought the game here 11 days ago.

Discount works for me. Shows up once in the cart. I own FTL: Advanced Edition.
Game page doesn't work but you can put it directly into the cart via the promotion on the main page.

the graphic on the main GOG page says

"play Battletech, get Shadowrun for free"

it means "buy Battletech"
