Whenever Im trying to buy a game I just get a technical issue. I have tried everything, logging out, restarting my computer, restarting my router and modem. I just dont understand why its not working, its been happening since yesterday.

"I just get a technical issue" seems to be a bit of a vague description to the problem you seem to be having ?, when purchasing games.

Maybe post a little more information regarding your problem, such as: Payment type and method used, method of accessing the store GoG galaxy (game client) or a particular web browser (if so, which one) ?. Any error messages displayed when the problem occurs etc.

Or you could contact support who are better equip to help with such problems.
