Maybe you got disconnected meaning your internet connection was lost and nowvyou havecto restart galaxy

That's Galaxy. Uninstal it and you should be fine. Just be careful or it might delete some other files too out of spite.

When Steam client went topsy turvy today I restarted the gateway and then the computer, in that order, to solve it. Maybe that would work?
