I like the game, don't get me wrong, but for ages now gog.com has kind of been like a "sponsored by witcher 3" website. Y'know? Give some other games the spotlight for a while.

The company that owns GOG and the company that made The Witcher are sister companies. As a result, The Witchet 3 is kind of the flagship of the store, since not many publishers sell their most recent AAA games in GOG.

That is almost literally the situation. It's their own game and it's very highly regarded, of course they're going to use it to promote their store.

Honestly, what are you talking about? It's on sale, as one of many games, they're not making a big deal of it. What's the problem?

I've never noticed any overt promotion of Witcher 3, but as others have said: It's the flagship game of CD Project Red and what's more, an award winning game that one actual awards and not the dumb game show crap.

while LA california rallies around the Lakers

they are part of CDP why wouldn't they give a shoutout to Witcher 3? it's not like they don't show 20-200 other games on the page.

Look at game developer sites like EA, Bethesda, etc, they give "thier" games top billing it's not shoving "THAT" game down everyones throat it's called spot lighting.

Can't wait to show this thread to the next person who asks why Witcher 3 isn't discounted here when it is discounted on Steam.
