After going through the initial combat (all bandits dead, portcullis down), everyone just stands around, and there does not seem to be any way to advance the story/move past this. Picture included. Is this broken or am i missing something? I have already talked to everyone but Triss (I click Triss but she says/does nothing).

I think you need to go inside the keep or kill the bandits on the other side. IIRC, there should be a cutscene after the initial battle.
