Bacardi Limon + ginger ale. Sometimes a slice of lime with that goes a long way
Oh, I like "Gingers" beer. Martini. Polish "Exquisite" vodka in drinks. Different stuff on different occasions really :)
EDIT: Though I'm not a big fan of gin or whiskey, "Jameson" is quite good from time to time.

I'm not a big consumer of alcohol, but when I do, I go for the following.
Beer: Newcastle Brown Ale, oatmeal stout, kriek.
Mixed drinks: Singapore Slings, or
Chatham Artillery Punch (http://www.killingtime.com/Pegu/2008/03/17/mixology-monday-limit-one/)
Wine: Sangria.

Luned: Wine: Sangria.

To the best of my knowledge, Sangria is not a wine. It's a drink made from wine, among other things.
I'm probably unusual in that I never aquired a taste for alchohol in general. If I have to choose, I generally pick a cider (not the dry variety) - don't like beer at all. I find Caipirinha pretty good;it is popular amongst the capoeira crowd here. Something I particularly enjoy is the good cream liqueur you get here in South Africa, particularly Cape Velvet or Amarula.

True; however here in the US there are premixed varieties sold--- in fact this is the most common version encountered here, and it's found on the regular wine aisle. Not that made-fresh isn't the best type. :)

Yes, but in the US you can also buy breakfast cereal with marshmallows in it. That doesn't make marshmallows a type of grain ;-)
Beer: Staropramen (O Satan, the Great Destroyer of the Universe. I praise Thee for czech beer), Guinness, Aass.
Whisky: Laphroaig Quarter Cask, Caol Ila Distillers Edition, Lagavulin 16yo
Drink: White Russian

Late to the discussion... I've gone through a lot of phases since turning 18 (or 15, depending on who's reading... dad, I had my first drink when I was 18, I swear).
But for the past three years or so, I've been a rum guy. Dark or spiced only, please. Since going to Jamaica two years ago, I've been a big fan of Appleton & Pepsi with a twist of lime. Yum.
If I am in the mood for something with a punch, I like to mix Buruu vodka with some orange juice. Here's the thing about Buruu vodka. It is an Irish vodka that quintuple distilled so it makes it really smooth and when you mix it with OJ you can hardly taste it, which could be bad because you can sort of forget after the third drink hehehe.

Lucky sods. Where I live they stopped selling marshmallow Rice Crispies back in the early 90's.

quite a good drink, one of those I like, but after twenty of them it is hard to get home :-D
but it reminds me of my favofite mixed dring - the wings - vodka with energydrink (originaly redbull, but anything else will do fine), gives you wings and really really hard mornings.

moonfear: yes we love, but other countries loves our beer too, it is said that czech and belgian beers are best of all, and i must admit that belgian beer is quite good. We are long time if first place worldwide in dringing beer, in year 2007 it was 156 litres per head (including babies, abstinents, et cetera).
Czech beer and slivovitz is our national treasure.

Czech beer rules.
Polish is almost as good though. :)
I like vodka ice. strong but tastes like lemonade.

I am wary of mixing a depressant with an energy drink. Doesn't it kind of pull your central nervous system in two directions at once?
Beer: Blue (draft or bottle) or a nice wheat like Hoegaarden or Erdinger
Mixed: Piece of Ass (Amaretto + SoCo + sour mix)
Shot: Irish Car Bomb (Bailey's + Jameson's shot dropped in glass of Guinness)
