This in itself draws attention to him, but not a big priority.
Problem is we are now focusing only on you and Popinjay while i.e. these 3 people can be very well mafia stiring no suspicion at all. I don't think they are, but that's it, nobody does. Only 2 posts, both short.

If you look on game Ghost played you will find it's the way she plays. Quickly to decide who is mafia and stick to it. In which way you think she acts like first timer, because she suspects you?
I've got to give you, that unlike Popinjay you are at least trying to reason. This gives you a lot of plus points. Though both of you are just turning into battle against each other. But you are at least listing suspicion of other people, while Popinjay just focuses on you neglecting a rest of town.
Anyway Rodzaju, in post 84 I said I have trouble interpreting one of your qoutes, would you mind to explain it to me as everybody ignored it so far?

nmillar: As promised, here are the statistical probabilities of each player drawing mafia:
Red_Baron - first time player: 25%
andy433uk - first time player: 25%
Rodzaju - first time player: 25%
TwilightBard - first time player: 25%
elbaz - first time player: 25%
Popinjay - first time player: 25%
pazzer - 'town' in game 2: 18.75%
eyeball226 - 'mafia' in game 1: 6.25%
GhostQlyph - 'town' in game 3: 18.75%
enterprise2004 - 'town' in game 2: 18.75%
Vitek - 'town' in game 1, 'mafia' in game 3: 4.69%
nmillar - 'town' in game 1, 'town' in game 2, 'town' in game 3: 10.55%
How have you worked this out? My understanding of probability tells me that no one is any more likely to be mafia than anyone else and that it's completely unrelated to any previous games.Red_Baron - first time player: 25%

I think that an experienced player would be more patient & less easy to read.
To compete with experienced players, a newbie wants to make an impression.
This can lead to an aggresive playstyle.
I see it in me, I see it in Pop & I see it here.
I think it has less to do with me & more to do with getting some quick movement in the game.
Oh & apologies Ghost, I didn't know.
Snip...
Anyway Rodzaju, in post 84 I said I have trouble interpreting one of your qoutes, would you mind to explain it to me as everybody ignored it so far?
"I am the trash can,...";
"I guess I'm about as electrical as I am whiteware.
I'm actually a lovely gleaming chrome, if you ignore the odd splashes below the rim...
... I'm actually gonna shut up now before I sound too much like a toilet! ";
"No plug on me (that I've ever noticed), just a pedal & a lid... ".
My name is trash can.
Perhaps I should have kept that to myself, but it's out now so...
The intro talks about whiteware.
I've never considered a bin to be whiteware (So YES, I can see the suspicion).
When you questioned an electrical trash can, I linked the 2.
I'm not electrical, but then I'm not whiteware either.
Which really does beg the question of what dam was thinking, but I guess we'll have to wait for the endgame to find out.
I then tried to imagine a trash can.
Bear in mind, at this point, I was still thinking about names as a conversation point, without any ulterior motive.
I was fleshing out my name.
When I read it through prior to posting, the toilet line hit me.
I decided to leave it in for humour (much like my initial Roosh vote; I was also in the infamous Dark Heresy game).

Well if our names denote roles then I'm pretty sure trash can is a bad thing.

Some of my reply got italicized.
Just wanted to make sure you didn't miss it.
Also, did you really want my explanation of the quote, or were you just offering me more rope?
And can someone please answer the question I posed in post 94?

It's Vitek that brought this up initially, and these figures are based on mathematical probability. I'll use Vitek as an example. Vitek drew town in Game 1; a 75% chance, and drew mafia in Game 3; a 25% chance. If you take this game by itself, then yes, everyone has a 25% chance of drawing mafia, but some people believe you are more (or less) likely to draw mafia based on what side you were on in previous games.
So, for Vitek, the calculation is 0.75 (town in game 1) x 0.25 (mafia in game 3) x 0.25 (chance of drawing mafia in game 4) = 0.0469 or 4.69%.

The fallacy with that is that the more games you play (regardless of which side), the lower the chance you'll be mafia in this game.
I cannot see any logic to that.

Exactly. The statistics above were used to disprove Vitek's theory that just because I've drawn 'town' in all my previous games, does not make me any more likely to have drawn 'mafia' this time around.

Ah, I should pay more attention. I thought you were trying to prove something with those statistics rather than disprove something. :P

And you like pointing the finger at other people to take attention away from your early slip-up, but since you are mafia I'm happy for you to attack me - I just want to keep you alive because you're an easy lynch later on when we discover who your colleagues are. :-)
