Playing on an xbox one controller it's pretty much impossible to sprint and move the right stick at the same time, which basically means movement feels really shitty. It was like this in other games like dark souls 2 as well. I really don't get this.. I'd rather have change sign/items exchanged with sprint or something.. As it is now it's very clumsy, geralts slow movement just exercabates the problem.

I know this is an old post but dammit, I feel the same way and this is the only other post about it I have found so far.

Why on Earth was this layout decided on? Can't toggle run so that you can't turn one of the two directional sticks while running because you have to HOLD DOWN a key that ties up one of your thumbs??? Honest to God.

The better question is: why can't we have custom controller mapping? This should be standard in every game that supports controller, especially one that arguably works better with a controller. I really hope CDPR does better with Cyberpunk.
