Or you can visit the "Can you run it?" site, where you can type in "Cyberpunk 2077" to see the specs and then press a button that will download a small tool that analyzes your particular system and tell you how well you can run it and which components are weakpoints:

Yeah, I'd just wait until release and see how well it runs.
If you don't want to upgrade but you have a relatively good internet speed, then you could soon play the GOG version of game on Geforce Now:

Geforce Now has a free tier, on which you might not be able to enjoy the game with RTX, but you sure should be able to play it on ULTRA. ^^
