Everytime I try to buy something and put it in the cart. It immefistely disappears again. Anyone knows what to do?

You probably have a browser setting that doesn't allows cookies, or something like that.
Try to change that, or use a different browser.

Already even tried diferent devices, on the website setting cookies are allowed

You're probably trying to buy a game that's region blocked for Germany.

Yep. You can check Regional Locked Games on GOG v2 though the list may not be complete.

Note that while you can't directly buy region-locked games, you can redeem gift codes for them.
