Edit: see helpo1's posts in the announcement thread for past and upcoming deals.

This is the first time I've seen one. I didn't want to be a party pooper, but I keep checking back only to be disappointed. I was hoping with a wishlist in the triple digits, there would be at least one game I want on offer. No such luck yet.

01. Frostpunk -- already finished the GOTY.
10. Hitman: Absolution -- claimed it back when it was on giveaway. I've yet to play it.
15. UnMetal -- looks like a rare game that tries to be funny and actually succeeds. But I couldn't pay that much for a game not on my wishlist, that's parodying a game series I'm not interested in.
27. Blasphemous Digital Deluxe Edition -- I was momentarily tempted, before realizing a difficult game not on my wishlist is the last thing I need right now. I also don't like what the game depicts, though the artwork is very technically competent.
30. Hitman: Blood Money -- I mistakenly thought games in the insomnia sale couldn't be purchased as a gift. Whoops.
36. Narita Boy -- too expensive for me, for a game not on my wishlist. Missing soundtrack and achievements available on Steam also makes it very low priority.

So how about you? Did you grab anything yet, or did you want to before changing your mind?

Nope. Anything I would've been interested in, I already owned. That would be:

Lego Batman 3
Blood
Van Helsing
Hitman Absolution
Disciples 2
Blasphemous (already had the base game so buying Deluxe is pointless)
Hitman Blood Money
Dungeons 3 (I have a box of the Complete Collection registered on Steam)
Two Worlds II

From the other games, there were none that I wanted. So still waiting to score a "hit" in the Insomnia sale.

I've bought a few that were on my wishlist:

LEGO Batman 3
Blood: Fresh Supply
UnMetal
Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Heart of the Forest
Opus Magnum

The whole event didn't feel like the original Insomnia Sale though. Way too many units for each game and no real community interaction (which was the most fun part back then).

Sadly, no. The only games I would've been interested in I already own.

It still seems a bit cheaper than the individual DLC put together. But if you don't want that, then sure.

I'm going to predict right now that judging by the base price and past discounts, the upcoming Narita Boy will be too pricey for me.
I'm kind of enjoying this Insomnia promo concept, though I'll admit I have only made one single purchase so far. What caught my eye, I already have in my backlog:

07. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove (missed the deal)
10. Hitman: Absolution (own)
22. Tropico 6 (very close call, but decided not to grab it)
27. Blasphemous Digital Deluxe Edition (own the non-deluxe edition)
30. Hitman: Blood Money (own)

In the end, that one game I purchased I did so by challenging myself to step out of my comfort zone as far as game genres go:
Opus Magnum! I watched the gameplay trailer and found it very hypnotic. :) And I found it's steampunk aesthetic appealing too. Hope I purchased a fun game.

Edit: Purchased 2 more games in addition to Opus Magnum...

36. Narita Boy
46. Dreamfall: The Longest Journey

Edit 2: Insomnia Rewind is to blame. :P

53. Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Heart of the Forest
65. Unreal Tournament 2004 Editor's Choice Edition

I didn't own Blood Fresh Supply so I got that. Not buying many games nowadays admittedly, moreso Bandcamp music. I'd buy "Remorse The List" if it showed up but alas doesn't seem likely.

edited out below but yeah I agree with at least a few other users that there should be more than just one Insomnia deal happening at the same time, I'd suggest 3-6.

My wish list is long enough that I don't need to be buying things not on it, and that's all I've been seeing. If there's been anything that I do want, I've missed it.
Havent bothered. No money to spare anyway, but from what ive noticed theres been little on my wishlist in it, and even less at a "must grab!" price.
I've been forgetting about it. Then when I remember it's still on I find that I own the game currently up.
Absolutely nothing yet

I didn't buy anything. I found the Insomnia promo to be very underwhelming.

Most of the games either I have no interest in, or if I have some interest in them the price is too high because the discount is too low and too standard, or the good games on a very high discount, I already own them.
Haven't bought a thing yet this Summer Sale, so it's working out fine for me. =P

From this ARD & mrkgnao posts I understood you can't if you already own them

I don't own the current one (LSL Wet Dreams Don't Dry), then I see I can purchase it as a gift,
BUT... it gets a $X2 due the "region-free price" thing... Unattractive to me

Would be nice to let us purchase gifts once in a while (yes, a limited thing to avoid abuse) to surprise our folks whose always pay the top prices (the norm to them) to gift us...
I bought one game so far, as the price was too good to pass-up, and was a spur of the moment purchase. I had intended to purchase another just recently, but backed out as it was not my usual genre, but may still get it anyway, as the price is still reasonable even outside of the insomnia promotion. I do prefer this type of 'Insomnia' promo, as it is less hectic, giving more time to decide on what to get, and more time to sleep between deals. What's not to like...

Oh, and I have also purchased eight games in the summer sale, as well as given away four games as gifts, and claimed three free games too. So seem's pretty good to me...
