Also why only one of my uploaded issues got a reply? There's an issue that I uploaded 2 weeks ago and it still has no reply.

i noticed that too. my browser's developer tools say it won't load any of the css because it's referenced with http while the website is https. we're just seeing the raw html. hope they'll notice and fix it soon.
