Not sure if it's a GOG thing, or the Steam integrator, but if it could pick up that I've 'hidden' a number of Steam games and keep them hidden in Galaxy that would save a bunch of time, so I don't have to re-hide them.

Hidden games on Steam are only hidden from the owner and as it's not a public setting there's no data for GOG to pull.
