I have already finished the main story, this is my first time talking to the armorer in Midcopse and he only has the first map for sale. I went ahead and enabled the console and gave myself the map (additem('th1005_map_gryphon_upgrade1b', 1)) but despite that it still did not give me the quest after reading it.

What's even worse is that I have never explored Frischlow either (didn't discover the signpost) and when I went there I did not see any wraiths, I can't interact with the dead body and the chests in the small cave can't be interacted with either, as if they had no loot.

Looks like I'll have to magically give myself the diagrams but the quest seems impossible to activate.


Edit: The chests for armor and silver sword diagrams are inactive as well.
