The default FOV makes me dizzy; so I would like to zoom out a little. Is there an easy way for me to change the FOV without installing anything ?
-
If not does anyone know if patch 1.09 will help with FOV ?
-
Hard to play when the world is spinning.

There's no native FoV slider/option, nor are plans to add such options.

There are FoV Mods though, http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/321/
Yea I saw that but the insturctions were very confusing for how to install it.

It's very simple. Download whichever file you prefer from the mod page -- there are two options; you only need one. You will then have a .zip file that contains a folder called modFOVTweak8070 or modFOVTweak9080. Extract this folder to your Witcher 3 'mods' folder. For example, if your game is installed to C:\Games you should extract the zip file to

C:\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\

If you don't have a 'Mods' folder inside your game folder, just create it and then extract the file. You will end up with something like:

C:\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\modFOVTweak8070
or
C:\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods\modFOVTweak9080
Thanks; I will try that. That was my problem is that I found direction for the Mods folder but those directions had the folder in a different location; there is no default Mod directory with my install.

Well, just to necro this topic once and for all, the final answer is that if you are using GOTY edition, or V1.32 by any other name, there are simply no working solutions at all any more... you're stuck with staring at your toes throughout the entire game.

The highly-recommended mods, even the ones which claim to work with V1.32, simply do not work...
AT ALL
PERIOD

The menus are not present under the OPTIONS menu, ever, under any circumstances.

Very sad...
