Story:Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere is a combat flight simulation video game developed and published by Namco for the PlayStation. The third game in the Ace Combat franchise, it was released in Japan in 1999. Players control an aircraft and must complete various mission objectives, such as destroying squadrons of enemies or protecting a base from enemy fire. Electrosphere carries a more futuristic science fiction-inspired landscape and world compared to the modern-day theme of its predecessors. The japanese version of Ace Combat 3 differs significantly from the international release: its campaign features 52 missions split among different paths depending on in-mission decisions. The story centers around the "Intercorporate War" in 2040 between Neucom Incorporated and the General Group.Show more

The crazy anime version (JP) was brilliant and the world is owed a proper remaster with full English voiceovers! The old Ace Combat games are the best, we need them on PC.

Got this game as JP version for PS1 back in the day. I couldn't understand anything in the menus, but was captivated by the gameplay, menu visuals, music, design of the planes, and story videos. The fun part, I discovered the Intro video wwway too late in the game. It started playing because I left my game on a starting screen once when I went to WC or to take a cup of water. When I returned to my TV I was in Ave how cool the intro looked. Instantly became my one of my fav games since
The Japanese version of Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere is the holy grail for a lot of Ace Combat fans all over the world. It has a fantastic story, different endings based on your decisions, the missions are varied and intriguing, the music feels futuristic and the gameplay feels on point. It's really criminal that the American and European versions were totally butchered because Namco at that time thought the story wasn't going to sit well with the international player base. Massive mistake, AC3E really deserves so much more than being just a footnote for the series.
If you do bring this one to GOG, then you have to get the Japanese version with the English subtitles. It comes with a wide branching story with cutscenes and characters created by Production I.G., the animators behind Ghost In The Shell.
I got the english version with the single linear story and single ending, being one of the first games I got for the PS1... I had Syphon Filter, and Resident Evil, and Crash Bandicoot... but this was the game I came back to finish it over and over again... knowing exactly what to do and where to go and still found fascinating to fly above and beyond every single time...
i hope if this come, that they port the japane version, have a lot more content. really good game, i play the japanese version, never undertand it, but it have multiple ending gand is the one more story driven of the series. but again the japane ver. Dont know why the american ver was so cut T.T
Those games also need your vote!

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The Fallen
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - The FallenThe Bajorans believe the alien species that reside in the wormhole near their planet are Prophets, worshipping them as gods and referring to the wormhole as the "Celestial Temple". Bajoran legend tells that millennia ago, the Prophets expelled another race from the wormhole, the Pah-wraiths, imprisoning them forever in the Fire Caves on Bajor. However, legend tells of three red Orbs which are said to hold the key to the Pah-wraiths' resurrection and return to the Temple, although none of these Orbs have ever been located. Or so it is thought. The game is loosely based on a trilogy of novels by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens called Millennium: The Fall of Terok Nor, The War of the Prophets, and Inferno. The setting is the Deep Space Nine space station featured in the American science fiction television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
