This is a game I simply cannot hate. Make no mistake, the game is terrible specially the combat and the time mechanics aren't great, there's also the fact alarms sound on most of the levels, but nevertheless it's one of the early examples of a fully 3D open world game, beating GTA III by about 3 years. It's a shame that none of the things it attempts are very polished besides the aforementioned open world, although it can also use some improvements like bigger roads so that you have more maneuverability. Either, I can't help but respect the ambition of the developers, they didn't set out to do the usual license slop that most developers would have done. A PC port would have had mods to fix and improve the game just like Jurassic Park trespasser.

A bad game in a lot of things, but it has some qualities too. Had a progression system that you could explore between missions to improve the character, a lot of secret rooms around the town with items and even some mysteries (like Westside Station). It's the first game that comes to my mind when I think about "old open-world games". This guy deserves a PC port not because it's a gem, but because it is a symbol that not every tie-in game was just more of the same.
