I do not know what kind of ritual I would need to perform to have this game able to be remastered and playable on modern hardware. This is a copyright minefield. But, this is a game that defined the era to me. The gameplay is easy to pick up, tons of great match types. If there's anyway to bring it back, we need to at least try.

I love this game, it would be freaking awesome to be able to play it on PC (without an emulator)! Music was good (as expected), lot of fighters/rappers available, the fighting mechanics were good.

One of the first games I played on Xbox. Man, it was long time ago. Bring back those memories. Nice matchups, nic story line. Danny Trejo is beast. Hiphop is not my kind of music, but I really enjoyed this one.

IDK why people don't have this higher up because I always wanted to play this game , because not just the story but i wanna customize my character & try it out . unfortunately there's a lot of gatekeeping & lack of sales or overpriced that is stopping me from doing so i would be happy to play this

Long story short. It's not just my favorite game in the series and some of my favorite rappers and soundtracks that make this game so special for me, even if the legendary rapper DMX is unfortunately missing from this part. As a teenager, it even helped me manage my anger issues. It helped better than the anti-aggression training. In my opinion it is the best hip-hop fighting game of all time. There is no comparable game that showcases hip-hop so perfectly. Story, music, rappers, gameplay, even the customization options and clothing are on Point.

I have a PS2 and only have this game for it. I played this game as a 15 year old kid with all my friends and I still love playing this game. I’ve been it 100 times and it never gets old. It’s an absolute classic and everyone I ever talk to about it agrees it’s one of the best fighting games ever made.

Bloody Roar 4
Bloody Roar 4During the XGC (X-Genome Code) Incident one year ago, riots raged over the earth by beasts that did not show the XCG, and all over the country small earthquakes shook the land. The cause was unknown, but as the Crest Incident came to an end and the rioting and earthquakes subsided, people began to claim that all was due to the influence of the Stone Seal. Although the Stone Seal has been locked away, the rioting and earthquakes have returned. This time, the incidents are on a larger scale than those of a year ago. What could be behind it all? Bloody Roar 4 is the last title in the series, and is once again a full-3D fighting game featuring the series' trademark transformation abilities. Unlike previous titles in the series, the beast gauge now acts as its own health bar; if a character's health gauge is depleted, they will automatically transform. The game features 18 playable fighters and a variety of game modes, including standard arcade, versus, time-attack, training, and survival modes. Of special mention is the career mode, in which fighting battles will earn so-called "DNA points," which can be spent on abilities and equipment to customize a character for use in other modes.
