This game set a milestone for video games and hip-hop. No other game than Def Jam Fight for NY represents hip-hop better than this video game gem. It's the first in the series and one of my favorites because it's the ONLY one in the series that features the legendary DMX R.I.P. This masterpiece must be preserved. Otherwise we will lose one of the best fighting games of all time, including one of the best rapper.
one of the very few games that all of my brothers, cousins, friends and I would play and everyone had a great time. we still talk about the battles we had 20 years later. brining this game back would allow us to make new memories and rekindle old rivalries and allow our kids to experience one of the most unique fighting games for our generation. Also the music tracks were among the best for the time. And still hold up to this day.

Guilty Gear Xrd
Guilty Gear XrdGuilty Gear Xrd[a] (Japanese: ギルティギア イグザード Hepburn: Giruti Gia Iguzādo?) is a fighting video game developed by Arc System Works. The fifth installment in the Guilty Gear series, Guilty Gear Xrd was developed using Unreal Engine 3, with cel-shaded graphics in place of the series traditional hand drawn sprites. Following the storyline of the last game in the series, Guilty Gear 2: Overture, it introduced four new characters. The first Xrd game, Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign- was released in arcades on February 20, 2014, and for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in Japan and North America in December of the same year, with a digital-only release in Europe in June 2015, and to the PC via Valve Corporation's digital store, Steam, on December 10th, 2015. The game has been praised for its cel-shaded graphics and approachable gameplay, but criticized for its non-interactive story mode and smaller roster of characters. A sequel follow-up,[b] titled Guilty Gear Xrd -Revelator-, was announced for a Q2 2016 release on consoles.

The enhanced Konquest mode (story/adventure mode) improves over the preceding versions, but has a shorter length. There are now 64 arenas (including revamped versions of classic environments) which each have their own tweaks, such as the ridiculous amount of stage fatalities (fatalities are a fancy way of killing your opponent, including classic techniques such as the "spine-rip" or "arm-break").
