I grew up on the PlayStation 1, with Resident Evil titles being some of the first games I ever played. A few years ago, I heard about Extermination and have been wanting to play it since. It would be amazing to play this survival horror game supported on modern hardware!
I want to see lesser known horror games preserved so that they can get a second lease on life. So I'm voting for this and so many other games that need those modern ports where they otherwise wouldn't get them.
Loved this game as a kid, sure it's got it's flaws. But with it being one of the first games released of the PS2 it should really be preserved. It's my hope that gog can make this happen.
Played this back on the ps2 in my younger days. I never got to beat it because it scared me too much. I would love to play it again and finish it. Rose tinted glasses be damned, I still remember this being awesome.
Recently played this again and it's solid. I think PS2 horror and adventure games need to be preserved - they offer a lot for a genre that's boiled down to jumpscares, depression, and "The main character may not be entirely sane". The generation offered a lot of different flavors of horror, from RE and SH to more niche titles like Siren, Cold Fear, and Extermination. I'd see my dad play this a lot and I wouldn't know what was going on, but MAN the atmosphere was something else.
Personally, I haven't played it, I only recently discovered the existence of this game. And I, who am passionate about old, unknown but cool horror games (like Haunting Ground, Ilbleed, Siren), this one really appeals to me, it looks interesting.
Old school survival horror like Resident Evil, with a cool setting almost like the Thing. Would love to see this brought back, obviously nostalgic but very fun survival horror gameplay, and I never beat it and very much want to!

10,000 Bullets10,000 Bullets is an action/third-person shooter in which the gun-wielding player character battles numerous enemies and bosses in different environments. Styled similar to cinematography found in The Wachowskis' The Matrix film franchise and gameplay mechanics in games such as Dead to Rights and Max Payne, the player is given an ability to slow down time and thus dodge multitudes of flying bullets and other obstacles. The first level, "enhancement", slows down all action, including the player character. The second level, "Blitz", slows down only the enemies, allowing the player to move around at normal speed. The third level, "frozen time", halts everything around the player, who again maintains normal speed. By pressing the shoulder buttons, the player can lock-onto and switch aim at the various enemies. Successfully dispatching several foes in a row earns the player bonus points, which can be used at the end of a stage to purchase upgrades like more health, as well as special attacks and acrobatic evasion skills that can be mapped to certain controller buttons. The game features four playable characters (Crow, Alice, Dragon, and Boris), each of which has their own unique set of abilities. Between the action sequences, the player must advance the plot through a graphic adventure-style interface, where certain characters must be spoken to in order to continue.Action
Saw II: Flesh & BloodThe demented serial killer Jigsaw returns with more gruesome torture puzzles designed to test the limits of human ethics in Saw II: Flesh & Blood. Set between the second and third Saw films, Flesh & Blood puts players in the shoes of Michael, son of the first game's protagonist Detective David Tapp, as he looks for clues as to his father's death and becomes the latest target of Jigsaw and his strange apprentice Pighead II. The gameplay once again mixes heavy doses of survival horror and puzzle-solving with mild combat elements, as players attempt to help themselves, and others, out of life-and-death situations by successfully completing mini-games and quick-time events. The combat comes in two forms, with gamers using melee attacks and a variety of weapons in physical battles against Jigsaw's thugs, or executing puzzle-based attacks that make use of traps and environmental hazards. Various case files are strewn about the hotels, factories, and sewers in which the game is set, and players can also collect a number of Billy the Puppet dolls hidden throughout each level. In Discworld II the player controls Rincewind the "wizzard" (voiced by Eric Idle, as in the previous game) who has been burdened with the task of coercing Death out of his impromptu retirement and back into his regular duties. The plot borrows from a number of Discworld books, most notably Reaper Man, Moving Pictures and Lords and Ladies.
It all begins in a quiet Ankh-Morpork street, where Rincewind and The Librarian inexplicably fail to die from a nearby cart-bomb explosion. The odd event is not shared by them alone however: occurrences of the newly dead re-awakening and disturbing the populace are being reported all over the city, prompting the Archchancellor of Unseen University to halt his usual activities of feasting and merrymaking, and to take charge of the situation.
