Despite my fathers best efforts, I had no interest in Ghostbusters as a kid. Might've been catholic guilt that made the PG profanity too much to me as a child. I played this game at a friends house though and it was awesome. It's not just nice to see a horror comedy game (if you can call Ghostbusters "horror") which I think is a woefully underutilized genre, its one of the best tie-in games I've played. Some pretty impressive physics and destruction tech going on, too. I always tried to keep damages low but when the going gets rough it was so cool as a kid to see so many objects fly about and get destroyed, even if my PS3 was not having a good time doing so.
This game was delisted for a few years and came back with a remaster I hear is pretty okay even if its multiplayer mode is absent and all the era-appropriate product placement is nixxed. I'm not asking for GoG to bring back the Doritos vending machines here but I am asking for them to bring this game to the storefront.
