God Hand is simply one of the best brawlers ever made and the closest you'll get to a game that straddles the line between a character-action game like Devil May Cry and a 2D beat 'em up like Streets of Rage. There's nothing quite like it—the humor, the rewarding yet challenging combat system, the dynamic difficulty, and the craziest boss fights you'll ever see, all wrapped up in an expertly paced 10-hour adventure you'll never forget. Sure, the camera controls can be a "turn-off" for some, but those who push forward and stick with it will find themselves smiling and laughing all the way through. It's Shinji Mikami's wildest creation, and it's a shame it's stuck on the PS2/PS3. Let's bring it back!

This is, by far, one of THE most underrated 3D brawlers out there, with critics bashing it for things it wasn't even designed to do well (like the story and characters), and not talking about the bigger things that made this game so great: It's funny and it's fun. It's pure fun, really - no nonsense, because it makes no sense. No complexity because it's dumbed down to just punch and kick. Pure fun. Pure bliss. Would love to see it back.
The sheer depth and customization of its combat system is second to none to this day, and I'm not lying about that. I've been thinking about this game since I first played it in '07 and there's still nothing quite like it out there; the closest being Absolver. Even still, the wackiness of its story and characters is a great selling point alone. It was one of Capcom's bigger risks, made by people who would go on to found/become Platinum Games; they've always known their stuff and this is no exception. The game has received no support since launch and finally finding a home on GoG would be a Godsend for Godhand. Please consider this title!!

One of the best beat em ups Capcom has ever made that's a love letter to brawlers before it and Fist of the North Star. Truly a gem that needs to shine with proper preservation.
Possibly the best successor to 3D beat-em-ups. Godhand stands unique with its mechanics that allow a form of freeform combat from customizing your moveset to dodge cancel almost all of your attacks Where some games offer a difficulty option, Godhand has that as well with a cherry ontop of adaptive difficult. The better you play, the more challenging it gets. If it gets too hard, just take a nice beating and told youre not Alexandar. If youre masochist; theres always the "Grovel" option in the Godhand roulette of special attacks. Onegai shimasu! With Okami getting a sequel announced at the recent Game Awards and a new studio called "Clovers" developing said sequel. We want to take the opportunity to let the original developers from long-since closed "Clover studios" to hear our request of a Godhand re-release, remake or even a sequel! We want the game to have a second chance and be accessible to many!

A game that has the most in-depth and customizable combat system of any 3D Beat-'Em-Up game that I've ever played. The developers of this game, who created the original Resident Evil 4, created one of, if not the most hardcore and exhilarating action game that has been graced on the Playstation 2. The staggering amount of moves that you can unlock and equip for the main protagonist to use is truly what makes this game stand out among many other action games that eventually get stale with their combat system—Not with this game, though. There are a total of 114 unique moves you can find and even more for your special attack "Roulette Wheel" moves. This game, without a doubt, has to be one of the best and most underrated action games of all time and I genuinely believe it deserves to be preserved for future generations to experience its excellence alongside other Capcom titles from the era it released in. It would be nice if the staff at GOG convinced Capcom to release this game on this platform for many others to play.

The fact that there is currently no legal way to obtain this game anymore is a crime. One of clovers greats creations from some of the best minds in the industry. To deprive current and future generations of this game is a sin.

God Hand is my favorite game of all time. One of the best beat em up games of the genre. Fun but challenging combat and mechanics, pure 2000's japanese humor, cool characters and ambience, THE SOUNDTRACK OH MY GOD. Please Capcom. (Dumdumdamdum - Clover)

This game was unfairly maligned when it originally released but it truly stands with the greatest character action games ever made. The combat system is one of the most versatile and expressive systems ever put in a third person game. This game is pretty much the only reason I bring out my PS3 anymore.

It's one of the best combat brawling games ever created. With how much of a cult following it's gained, it's criminal that it hasn't been brought to some sort of modern system.
