Successful completion of the tasks often results in house points for Harry's house Gryffindor and failure in some deducts points, so the race for the House Cup can stay open until the end.Show more

If this does happen, please also make the PAL version available, with the correct title of "Philosopher's Stone", as it would be such a shame to only preserve the American version.

I play the PSx version of the first two Harry Potter games every year. It's my own little tradition. Harry Potter is half my childhood. I learned to read with the books and these games were some of my first gaming experiences ever. For YEARS I wanted to try out the PC version, but sadly you can't find them anywhere.. I would LOVE to get all the PC Harry Potter games on GOG and play them! I really hope they'll make it to the platform.

What is to say about this gem that hasn't been said already. Experiencing the world of magic and fantasy with such freedom and epic quests that this game had to offer, once again, is one of the best experiences i ever had. Such a good times trying to beat this game, playing Quidditch and learning the spells by following the path with your mouse and running from the troll. And collecting those flavour beens was a delight. You just had to be there, what a time to be alive...

The PS1 version by Argonaut is fine (both versions share music, design, and actors), but I want to emphasize that these screenshots are from the PC version by KnowWonder, which is my favorite game of all time. That's the one I would strongly prefer to see added on GOG!

These games deserve to be made available again on legacy alone. Tons of spells that the franchise to this day uses were invented for them. There general gameplay focus set the bar for an entire line of games and still influences modern releases. And the PS1 version was one of that consoled vest selling titles overall. They all clearly suffered from rushed development but they are still decent enough games with a long legacy and tons of people that fell in love with at least one of there versions that they should't just be left to rot. And don't even get me started on the legendary sound track which easily rivals John Willams score for the movies.

I remember playing this game as a little kid with my sister and being utterly terrified of the little goblin/ troll things! And being super scared during a segment where you have to sneak around Filch wearing your invisibility cloak. Getting to replay this game would be awesome!

What can be said that has not already been said, the children of the 90s who grew up with this saga we were very lucky because we grew up with it ... the idea that in the game you could walk the corridors of Hogwarts was already crazy, something simply magical (never better said) hopefully we can recover it and have it forever would be something very nice, if possible also the PAL version that came dubbed and everything.

One of the first games I've ever finished. I wasn't allow to play much, but HP was okay for my parents, so I saved money to get this game and totally loved it. I remember being very afraid of the sneaky level with Filch in the library, but in my second playthrough these level became my favorites. Would also love a remake of this game so much, but still got a physical copy of it.

Used to play this a ton, would love for it to see some love from the GOG team! I don't want to have to keep emulating it in order to get it to work, and I know GOG will do a good job, so vote!
Those games also need your vote!

Final Fantasy V
Final Fantasy VFinal Fantasy V is a fantasy role-playing video game developed and published by Square in 1992 as a part of the Final Fantasy series. The game first appeared only in Japan on Nintendo's Super Famicom (known internationally as the Super Nintendo Entertainment System). It has been ported with minor differences to Sony's PlayStation and Nintendo's Game Boy Advance. An original video animation produced in 1994 called FINAL FANTASY: Legend of the Crystals serves as a sequel to the events depicted in the game. It was released for the PlayStation Network on April 6, 2011, in Japan. An enhanced port of the game, with new high-resolution graphics and a touch-based interface, was released for iPhone and iPad on March 28, 2013, and for Android on September 25, 2013. FINAL FANTASY V has been praised for the freedom of customization that the player has over the characters, achieved through the greatly expanded Job System. Despite being released only in Japan, the Super Famicom version sold more than two million copies. The PlayStation version has earned "Greatest Hits" status, selling more than 350,000 copies.

The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age
The Lord of the Rings: The Third AgeThe Lord of the Rings:The Third Age introduces entirely new characters which aren't mentioned in the books or movies. The game does relate to the movies by including scenes from all three movies, with new background speech by Ian McKellen (Gandalf). There are seven playable characters in the game which have been created specifically for it, as well a small appearances by characters such as Gandalf, Aragorn, Eowyn, Faramir, and Gothmog. The game covers events in all three movies/books, mostly with references to major events shown through cut scenes, or the scenes from the movies with Ian McKellan's narration. A classic RPG game, The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age has gameplay elements similar to Final Fantasy, where you have a party of characters, each with a different set of skills and attributes, who gain levels, making them stronger as the game progresses. Battles are turn-based, and let the gamer make different decisions on what they want to do to change the outcome of the battle. The game travels through many areas throughout Tolkien's Middle Earth, including The Pelennor Fields and Moria.
