Story:Jersey Devil, as the title implies, is loosely based upon the legendary New Jersey beast of the same name. Instead of the horrific beast the legend describes, the protagonist of the title is cute purple creature with long-ears and small wings. Dr. Knarf -- the villain of the piece -- has created a legion of mutated vegetables to do his evil bidding, and it falls to Jersey Devil to stop the maniacal scientist.
To do this, the purple protagonist must venture through a series of 3D platform stages spread across themed environments such as a museum, cemetery, forest, and even a haunted house. Endowed with an ample set of abilities, Jersey Devil must jump, glide, and tail whip his way through the hordes of vegetables and undead minions, the latter comprising such mainstays as zombies, bats, and spiders.Show more

Here's a game I really want back for a long time. Jersey Devil was Behaviour's mascot platformer game. It was in a era filled with video game mascots. Somehow Jersey Devil was one of many to stand out. A lot of people still heavily remembered this game. I always loved the cover art myself. The game itself has a rather interesting look. It easily could appeal to people that loves Halloween. You get a few attacks with a lot of puzzles on the way. It's one of those letters collectathon games. You get to explore the town seeing all the chaos in the process. I also can't help parts of his face reminds me of Sonic the Hedgehog. Now I think about it more like Metal Sonic since he has the same exact eyes. You play as an unexpected hero taking on all kind of enemies. There is a bit of a learning curve at times. I always enjoyed the soundtrack with some rememberable sound effects. This game always stuck with me for years. I absolutely would love this game to be on GOG. A lot of people surprisingly missed out on playing this. I also liked the levels had secrets to keep things interesting. Jersey Devil simply does a good job keeping you busy for hours. I also liked the many death animations. Somewhat like Crash Bandicoot series to a degree. I felt the world needs this game more than they ever realize.
This is one of the first games I ever played and fell in love with right away. It’s such a great game. The music, platforming, the aesthetic. It’s all very creative but unfortunately a lost and hidden gem. I hope someday this game will get a rerelease and remaster or even a continuation of the series.

Mystical Ninja Starring GoemonThe story follows Goemon's struggles to prevent the Peach Mountain Shoguns gang from turning Japan into a Westernized fine arts theater. The plot calls for three cinematic musical features and battles between giant robots; like other Ganbare Goemon games, it is peppered with surrealist humor and anachronisms.
The protagonist of Mystical Ninja is Goemon, a hot-blooded, kiseru-wielding ninja with blue, bushy hair based loosely on the legendary thief Ishikawa Goemon. The lord of Oedo asks him to find those who maimed Oedo Castle. Goemon lives in Oedo Town and is friends with Ebisumaru, a strange, gluttonous fat man who wears a blue bandana. Ebisumaru is defined as lazy and perverted. Their kunai-throwing friend Sasuke is a mechanical ninja (made by the Wise Man of Iga) who enjoys hot baths and Japanese tea. Rounding out the heroes is Yae, a fierce sword-wielding kunoichi, who happens upon Goemon's band in Zazen Town. The villains of the game hail from the organization Peach Mountain Shoguns and include a gang of four "weirdos" led by Spring Breeze Dancin' (Danshin Harukaze) and Kitty Lily (Margaret Ranko). Banjo-KazooieA bear named Banjo needs the help of his loyal friend Kazooie, a red feathered bird, to rescue his sister Tooty from a witch named Gruntilda.

Golden Jigsaw pieces are located within previously visited worlds, and can fit any unfinished jigsaw.
