Each decision you make will impact not only your fate, but the destiny of the entire galaxy in the Mass Effect trilogy. Key Features: Incredible, interactive storytelling. Create and customize your own character, from Commander Shepard's appearance and skills to a personalized arsenal. Unleash devastating abilities as you command and train. Your decisions will control the outcome of each mission, your relationships with your crew and ultimately the entire war. An amazing universe to explore. From the massive Citadel to the harsh, radioactive landscape of the Krogan home world – the incredible breadth of the Mass Effect universe will blow you away. Travel to the farthest outposts aboard the SSV Normandy, the most technologically advanced ship in the galaxy. You'll follow the clues left by ancient civilizations, discover hidden bases with fantastic new tech and lead your hand-picked crew into explosive alien battles. Edge-of-your-seat excitement meets strategic combat. Find the perfect combination of squad-mates and weapons for each battle if you want to lead them to victory. Sun-Tzu's advice remains as pertinent in 2183 as it is today – know your enemy. You'll need different tactics for a squad of enemies with devastating biotic attacks than a heavily armored Geth Colossus so choose your teams wisely.Show more

The perfect beginning of the Mass Effect series and my favourite game from this legendary action RPG franchise. Amazing cinematic story-telling that stands well on its own and as a prologue to a wider story. A perfect blend of RPG mechanics and third person shooting. Lots of choices and consequences that can be imported into the sequels. While the same import feature is not unique, nobody pulled it off as well as the mass Effect trilogy did! PS. Mako is the best vehicle. I don't care what anyone else says. I've had tons of fun goofing around with it!

I don't even know where to start with Mass Effect. It is my all time favourite game. Even now I can slip back into it like my favourite pair of jeans. I've played through form start to finish over 30 times (not one of them with a renegade spin) but the best moment - no matter how many times I've done it - is letting the fifth fleet through the relay to save the council. The gravitas of that moment is just something else.
For those that forget and those that never experienced it, what an incredible feeling to boot up and begin playing this game. You totally believed you had stepped into this huge new universe. It felt so large in its scale and ambition. Sure, by today's standards, many of the games locations, mechanics or interactions will seem dated or quaint but it is certainly one of my all time top gaming memories when you first see and board the Normandy. The music that plays in the citadel is also burned into my brain.

The Mass Effect Series (1,2 and 3 not legendary) is the best space game series ever created in my opinion. I loved these games and still play them every few years. Get the whole collection with ALL the DLC's and I will buy them!

I liked the weapon-cooldown combat system a lot more than the ammo-based one in the sequels. Being an ammo hoarder I avoided any shooting builds in all sequels (Andromeda too) Just loved the whole trilogy, how choices from each part influence the story and characters' developments in later parts. I made three or four separate playthroughs of the whole trilogy for every romance combination I liked. The game mechanic bonuses from playing through with different classes made replays more fun. Luckily some people uploaded all the elevator and vehicle talk combinations to youtube =)

Nanotek Warrior
Nanotek WarriorA ground-based shoot-em-up by design, the game employs the use of jumping, banking, and strafing as you move forward through 3D tube-like levels. The game is seem from a third-person perspective behind the ship. Some areas place you outside and some inside, but the majority of the game takes place rotating around tubes. This gameplay only differs slightly in boss levels, that allow you to rotate around a central point with no forward motion. You can obtain different power-ups including special weapons, health bonuses and extra lives as you play through the game’s 9 levels. Each level is divided into 2 stages, one on tubes and a boss fight afterwards.

Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team
Warhammer 40,000: Kill TeamWarhammer 40,000: Kill Team is a top down view, perspective correct, 3d arcade shooter, with twin stick control set in the Warhammer 40,000 future fantasy universe. Players play as Space Marines attempting to halt an Ork invasion spaceship, facing orks and later, Tyranids on board. Four Space Marine classes are playable including ranged specialists like the Sternguard Veteran and Techmarine, and more melee focused classes like the Vanguard Veteran and Librarian. The game supports single player and same screen multiplayer modes. The game received average and favourable reviews on both platforms, being described as generally enjoyable or fun, but let down by a short campaign, lack of online multiplayer, and a limited appeal to non Warhammer:40,000 fans.
