Story:Earth is burning. The Reapers have taken over and other civilizations are falling like dominoes. This is the only game in the original trilogy releases that has never been released without DRM. As seen with companies occasionally delisting old titles, and a decent modding scene for the old version of Mass Effect 3, it would be such a shame to see it poofed out of existence when EA decides the world no longer needs it. The Legendary Edition of ME3 is ultimately a remaster, running on a newer engine and with revised lighting, sound mixing and rendering.
The original "master" of the third game must be preserved, even if Multiplayer depends on EA's servers, and will inevitably be closed within the next 10 years.
The Mass Effect Series (1,2 and 3 not legendary) is the best space game series ever created in my opinion. I loved these games and still play them every few years. Get the whole collection with ALL the DLC's and I will buy them!

The one episode of the original trilogy I did not get as you needed to get on steam to play it, something Mass Effect 1 and 2 did not require. This was the end of the age of buying games from a game shop and playing it without internet. I moved to Playstation around here.
it was amazing, until the ending hit me and I was furious at how poorly it was made. what on earth were they thinking? a 10/10 game reduced to a 7/10 just because they made a poorly made ending to the point where they even had to make DLC for it.
Just loved the whole trilogy, how choices from each part influence the story and characters' developments in later parts.
I made three or four separate playthroughs of the whole trilogy for every romance combination I liked.
Being an ammo hoarder I avoided any shooting builds in all sequels (Andromeda too)
The game mechanic bonuses from playing through with different classes made replays more fun.
Luckily some people uploaded all the elevator and vehicle and cockpit talk combinations to youtube =)
