Story:P. P. Hammer and his Pneumatic Weapon is a platform game with puzzle elements. It draws obvious influence from the earlier game Lode Runner. In the game, you control a character called P. P. Hammer, who is on a quest to discover and acquire all treasures from a series of more than 60 levels. These levels are divided into four graphical themes: Ancient Rome, Ancient Egypt, Medieval castles, and ice. A fifth theme, LegoLand, appears on bonus levels. Each level in the game is made up of rectangular blocks, and contains various things including treasures, enemies, locked doors, bonus items and traps. P. P. Hammer carries a jackhammer, which allows him to drill through a block he's standing next to. As in Lode Runner, drilling through more than one layer of blocks requires creating a triangle-shaped cavity more than one block wide, and blocks reappear after a short while. A block reappearing on top of P. P. Hammer kills him. P. P. Hammer can collect treasures and various power-up potions lying around the level. When he has collected all the treasures, the exit door opens, and going through the exit door completes the level. The player doesn't have to play from the beginning of the game every time; after completing each level a level password is displayed, allowing the player to continue from that point at a later time.Show more

War ein schönes Game mit vielen Leveln, glaube 100. Man mußte schnell sein und die richtige Strategie finden. Schöne Musik, Amiga halt. Sind auch ein paar Joysticks drauf gegangen. Wir hatten ne Zeit ein Wettbewerb, wer es weiter schafft. Nach jedem Level gabs ein Code, um dort wieder Starten zukönnen.
first fell in love with my amiga when i played dizzy! then i stumbled on pp hammer in a box of disks i had bought off ebay if i recall. its just blew my mind!! the graphics, the cig smoke, the wiggly butt on exit, the music! it was a perfect 100/100 game for me! still got my amig and all my disks and i even bought the amiga mini so i cud hook it up without losing space for the setup! i wish wish wish wish it would land on GOG! i love the game that much, i could literally buy it over and over(even tho its the same game) it has a special place in my heart and always will! ill run a 26mile marathon naked, ill shove balloons up my axx too! please bring it to GOG! Dragon Fire is the final game in the Quest for Glory series. Like the previous games in the series, Dragon Fire is a hybrid between puzzle-solving adventure and role-playing game. The player talks to the world's inhabitants, gathering clues and items necessary to acquire in order to complete the quests and advance the story. Unlike all its predecessors, Dragon Fire has no separate battle screens; the action-based battles take place on the exploration screen, utilizing a simple point-and-click interface, similarly to Diablo. The game has heavier weapon and armor management than other Quest for Glory games, strengthening the RPG angle.
