An extremely underrated game it seems. Please upvote this game. Please play this game. Why? Because there exist games where the developers offered a feature rarely seen anywhere else or since - this is one such game.
This game was released around the same time as Deus Ex 2: Invisible War.
What makes this game so special, and my favorite memories of it, were the vast number of gameplay options. Weapons have secondary fire modes. There are multiple augmentations with various useful effects. There are multiple ways to approach combat.
When many of the well-known games restrict the player to only two weapons, maybe a grenade, and even more rarely a utility item, Project: Snowblind gives you variety and options. This is what makes it fun.
Some games you play for the challenge, some games you play to be the best and the fastest. But if you want to have fun, if you want to find new and creative ways to approach a combat situation - Project: Snowblind is your playground. Please preserve and play this game. And let's hope many more developers approach gameplay in a similar way.
Fun Fact: This game is supposed to be the third Deus Ex game, but I think that the developers decided to do something different with the franchise. I would love to play this one though because it sounds good.
Really underrated shotgun in this that sends soldiers flying backwards into walls and has an alt-fire that turns each pellet into a sticky bomb. Really underrated grenade that sends a cyber spider out that aids you in combat. Great stuff.

OutcastOutcast is a 3D third-person (with an optional first-person view) action game with adventure elements. In search of five sacred relics, the protagonist travels through the five continents of Adelpha (plus one tutorial island). Each land has its own landscape (mountains, lakes, forests), populated areas, as well as dozens of minor problems - small quests that the hero is required to solve. Most Talans populating the world can be conversed with about a variety of topics. A large portion of the game consists of finding key characters and performing quests for them; some of these are optional, though most must be completed in an adventure-like linear fashion in order to advance the plot. Apart from exploration and completing quests, Cutter will also fight many guards and creatures.
