An extremely underrated game it seems. Please upvote this game. Please play this game. Why? Because there exist games where the developers offered a feature rarely seen anywhere else or since - this is one such game. This game was released around the same time as Deus Ex 2: Invisible War. What makes this game so special, and my favorite memories of it, were the vast number of gameplay options. Weapons have secondary fire modes. There are multiple augmentations with various useful effects. There are multiple ways to approach combat. When many of the well-known games restrict the player to only two weapons, maybe a grenade, and even more rarely a utility item, Project: Snowblind gives you variety and options. This is what makes it fun. Some games you play for the challenge, some games you play to be the best and the fastest. But if you want to have fun, if you want to find new and creative ways to approach a combat situation - Project: Snowblind is your playground. Please preserve and play this game. And let's hope many more developers approach gameplay in a similar way.
Fun Fact: This game is supposed to be the third Deus Ex game, but I think that the developers decided to do something different with the franchise. I would love to play this one though because it sounds good.
Really underrated shotgun in this that sends soldiers flying backwards into walls and has an alt-fire that turns each pellet into a sticky bomb. Really underrated grenade that sends a cyber spider out that aids you in combat. Great stuff.

The Terminator: Future Shock
The Terminator: Future ShockThe Terminator: Future Shock is a first-person shooter computer game released by Bethesda Softworks in 1995. The game depicts Judgment Day as happening in 1995, then the setting jumps forward to Los Angeles in the year 2015. The gamer plays a human escaping entrapment by Terminators. After escaping hostile enemy territory in the first mission, the player meets with John Connor, the leader of the Resistance. From that point on, one plays as a Resistance fighter. Skynet's uprising in 1990 has left most of humanity dead, with control in Skynet's hands. All around is death and decay, scattered with remnants of a past society shattered. Future Shock is played in the first person perspective at all times. Each level in the game requires the player to solve a number of objectives before continuing to the next level, while fighting enemy robots with a wide variety of guns and grenades. Another obstacle in each level is the harsh terrain, as many areas contain too much radiation for the player character to remain alive. The terrain is navigated in three ways, 'on foot', in a jeep with a mounted cannon, or in an Aerial Hunter-Killer.

The Terminator: SkyNet
The Terminator: SkyNetSkyNET is Bethesda's last game based on the Terminator franchise. Originally developed as an expansion pack to Terminator: Future Shock, SkyNET eventually became its own standalone product. Its major features are an updated version of the Xngine allowing for play in the sharper 640x480 resolution (and the ability to update Future Shock to the same), a new single-player campaign, and a new multiplayer deathmatch component. In the single-player game, you must stop the machines from launching a recovered nuclear weapon. The story takes place over seven missions broken into various sections and "levels," with night progressing into daylight as the game goes on. The locations are also more varied and interactive than those featured in the first game, with levels like the basement of the Cyberdyne building, and a sinking nuclear submarine. Driving and flying levels return from Future Shock, as do the mission briefings, which are now handled entirely in FMV. The game seems to act as a prequel to Future Shock, with the most advanced technology and player weapons from that game not appearing in the course of the single-player missions in SkyNET. The multiplayer game allows for eight players over a LAN and two over IPX. The levels are contained recreations of sections or ideas in the single-player game, like a block of cityscape, a shattered freeway, or an open valley, and many can be played at either dawn or dusk. Vehicles are available in most levels, and unlike in single-player, can be entered and exited freely. You also have the option to play as a Terminator, with reduced movement speed, a little more toughness, and the classic red-tinted vision with information overlays.
