Fantastic story, from the end of the era of text-based gaming. Memorable characters, including some that can be friend or foe depending on player actions. Tough puzzles that were fair, in an era without online guides. Should be great for kids playing on a phone or gaming "deck".
An innovative approach to RPG/Adventure games that didn't provide an immediately intelligible template for others to emulate. A forgotten side passage in the path of game development. Quarterstaff may be worth revisiting as the gaming industry seeks to refresh tired, shopworn genres.
Mega Man X CollectionMega Man X Collection contains the first six games in the Mega Man X series. Mega Man X and Mega Man X2 are based on their appearances on the SNES.
