Basically a smaller scale Mass Effect clone but with Greek mythology. It's a hack 'n slash game where you meet other companions along the way and based on what Gods you favour, you unlock certain abilities.

Solid action-RPG that was underrated. Sadly, it just got delisted by Codemasters and EA on other stores - so, it would be nice to get GOG to find a way to preserve this underrated action-RPG hybrid.

I'm voting for this because EA delisted it from Steam. This is a good game that deserves to be preserved. This game, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Titan Quest and Age of Mythology are all great examples of video games based on Greek mythology.
One of the only Greek mythology games that gets it right. The atmosphere, the music, the combat, the choices, the story.. It's a niche game, you love or hate it and I consider it one of the best games I've ever played. Makes the generic AC Odyssey look like trash even for a 2008 game.
One of the best action RPG games based in Greek Mythology setting. Past beyond most of games of its time. A true gem, deserve more attention and a resurrection. I appeared here while looking for this game to play again and GOG felt the only place where I could find it (legally).
I wishlisted this game on Steam in Oct 2024 because I always loved the greek themed action games of the 2000s era. In March 2025 I noticed the game was delisted and it never warned me cause it didn't go on sale. I wish I had the chance to play this game. It's like my Golden Fleece...

Nightmare Creatures
Nightmare CreaturesThe story behind Nightmare Creatures draws upon gothic horror elements of the 19th century. The story begins in 1666, when a devil-worshipping cult called the Brotherhood of Hecate were conducting sinister experiments in London so as to take over the city and then the world. The Brotherhood tried to develop an elixir that would endow them with superhuman powers. However, rather than creating their intended superhumans, their experiments created only grotesque monsters. When they decided to use these creatures as an army of conquest, one of their number, Samuel Pepys, set their headquarters on fire, resulting in the First Great Fire of London. The game takes place in 1834 when London falls victim to several evil occurrences. Monster sightings are reported along with news of people mutating into ungodly creatures, and that the dead are waking from their graves and walking amongst the living. All of London is in a panic and vulnerable to the schemes of Adam Crowley, a mad scientist and occultist enlisting the help of the Brotherhood.

Aliens: The Computer Game
Aliens: The Computer GameAliens: The Computer Game is a 1986 video game developed by Software Studios and published by Electric Dreams Software initially for Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum. It is based on the film of the same title. Ports for the Commodore 16 and MSX were developed by Mr. Micro and published in 1987. Aliens: The Computer Game is played from a first-person perspective and is set inside an atmosphere processing plant, a maze complex consisting of 255 rooms. The player encounters Alien enemies throughout the game. Upon killing an Alien, the body leaves a deadly pool of acid blood that must be avoided. The player also faces the threat of bio-mechanical growth, which, if left uncontained, results in new Alien eggs and facehugger enemies. The player's ultimate goal is to reach the room that houses the Queen Alien and her nests, both of which must be destroyed. The player can directly control a team of Marine soldiers, or can issue orders to the team from the Mobile Tactical Operations Bay (MTOB). When playing from the MTOB, the player has a view of the team's surroundings via video cameras attached to each soldier's helmet.

Mega Man Legends 3 Project
Mega Man Legends 3 ProjectMega Man Legends 3, known as Rockman DASH 3 in Japan, was a video game set to be the sequel to Mega Man Legends 2 and the fourth game in the Mega Man Legends series. It was announced for the Nintendo 3DS on September 29, 2010, during a Nintendo press conference for the 3DS. The game was to be directed by Masakuza Eguchi, with Tatsuya Kitabayashi acting as producer. Reo Uratani composed the game's music. Mega Man Legends 3: Prototype Version, known (roughly) as "Rockman DASH 3: The Prologue! Showing you the Game's Underbelly Version" in Japan, was an early version of the game that would be available for download in the Nintendo 3DS's eShop. The prototype would have feature playable segments as Barrett and ten missions. It was originally planned to be available upon the launch of the 3DS eShop on June 6, but it was delayed to be improved. Initially, it was said by Capcom that if the Mega Man Legends 3 Prototype Version does not do well upon its release in the eShop, Mega Man Legends 3 may be cancelled, but the Prototype Version was cancelled along with the main game. On July 18, 2011, a message was posted in the Devroom announcing the discontinuation of the project. The reason for the cancellation was that "it was not felt that the Mega Man Legends 3 project met the required criteria". No further explanation was given, and the Japanese Devroom was closed on August 19.
