Weird one for me, as I remember a lot of stuff about this game, except the game itself haha. I was in a mall waiting with my grandparents for my mother, and after walking a bit, we found a stall selling some PS2 games they had to dispose of. For some reason, I was fascinated by the box art of Shinobi, and my grandparents bought it to me as a gift for like 15$ to 20$. This game was way too hard for me at the time, as I could only get past the first 3 levels, but it left an impression on me. I rediscovered this game a decade later, and now I wish this game gets the recognition I feel it never had.

The 1st game I ever played on ps2... one of the best stories + amazing gameplay! The cinematics has great graphics and the bosses are really fun. After finishing 1/4 of the game, the gameplay even changes a bit. There are bosses after every 2 stages.
