Yet another sonic game with an old PC port, which can't be offically obtained, or played easily anymore. I have only played a bit with friends on Gems colledtion, but I would buy in a heartbeat once offically available.

Sonic R is a very short game and can feel a little jank at times, but I have a soft spot for it since I grew up playing the original Sega Saturn version. There's a PC version and I wish it was available on GOG so that it can be easily accessible. Right now, the PC version is a little hard to come by.
Short but sweet racing game, of the rare (mostly) footrace variety with a legendary soundtrack. Would like to see this playable on modern PCs again without a struggle. Would hope GOG could also properly provide the 1998 version with the official LAN multiplayer patch!

Played this all the time on Sega Saturn. Then I found out my buddy had it on PC and was blown away by the extra features and how it ran at 60fps! Please bring this back!
I had this game as a kid on PC, but have no idea what happened to the disc. Would love to own it again. Worth it for the soundtrack alone, and a decently fun game.

Originally bought for SEGA SATURN and then for PC as part of the XPLOSIV (or something) editor, this is a real dream memory that should be brought back to life and , if not, better.

I grew with the Sonic Gems Collection version, which I was surprised to learn that it was the PC port of the game. While, I have an official copy, it would be nice to have it be accessible on GOG, where it can be preserved.
This game is not one of the greats of racing gaming on any platform, but i had my fun with it about 8-10 years ago, when i used to go on vacation with only a PS2 and a small selection of games (The Sonic Gems Collection being one of those)
Why Sonic R Needs to Be on GOG and Why It’s the Most Underrated Sonic Game Ever Sonic R is one of the most misunderstood yet charming gems in the Sonic franchise, and it deserves a second chance on GOG where it can shine with modern compatibility and DRM-free preservation. Released in 1997 for the Sega Saturn and later on PC, Sonic R took a bold step by putting Sonic and his friends into a 3D racing environment—something daring and different at the time. What makes Sonic R special is its unique approach to racing. It wasn’t just about speed; it was about exploration, shortcuts, platforming, and mastery. The courses were designed like Sonic levels—layered with secrets, alternative paths, and character-specific advantages. In many ways, it felt like a true Sonic experience, just in racing form. Unlike traditional racers, Sonic R emphasized learning each track inside and out, rewarding creativity and curiosity. Its soundtrack, composed by Richard Jacques and sung by TJ Davis, is iconic. The upbeat and unapologetically catchy vocal tracks like “Can You Feel the Sunshine?” and “Living in the City” have become cult classics—often remembered more fondly today than at launch. Yes, the controls were floaty. Yes, it was quirky. But Sonic R was ahead of its time in combining platforming with racing. On GOG, it could reach a new audience, free from outdated tech limitations, and be reappreciated as the experimental, colorful, and unique Sonic spin-off that it truly is. It’s not just nostalgia—it’s time for redemption.
This game is not even good, but it's just so fun. Finding the secret bits of each level. And the soundtrack is amazing. Why is there three separate pages for this game?? gog.com/dreamlist/game/sonic-r gog.com/dreamlist/game/sonic-r-1997-2

Flying Dragon: The Secret Scroll
Flying Dragon: The Secret ScrollIn a mysterious region of China, Ryuhi, was born and raised in high mountain tops. There he received instruction from his wise teacher, Juan. At a young age he became a master of Kempo. One day, his teacher Juan was attacked and robbed of the Secret Scrolls of Hiryu-no-Ken, of which he was the author. Ryuhi possessed the 6th volume of the Secret Scrolls, the Shingan No Sho, or Book of the Mind's Eye which Juan had managed to save. Ryuhi begins his journey to Shorinji as a last request from a dying Juan. Gengai, the bishop of Shorinji welcomed the little Ryuhi, and begins to train him in Shorinji Kempo. Six years later, they received a letter of challenge from the Tusk Soldiers, a mysterious organization of enemies of the Shorinji. Ryuhi is determined to take part in the upcoming "World Tournament of Contact Sports" as a representative of Shorinji. His motive is to prevent the Tusk Soldiers from becoming champions of Contact Sports at the tournament. After learning from Gengai that it was the Tusk Soldiers who attacked his teacher and robbed him of the Secret Scrolls, he leaves for the World Tournament. There are two different types of gameplay. Journey levels are side-scrolling levels where Ryuhi must defeat five bosses and find certain items valuable to the mission. The tournament levels are where the player gets to fight one-on-one against enemies in the same way as the first game in the series released in 1985, Shanghai Kid. The player must go through the game twice to get the true ending. All six scrolls must be collected the first time through to get the first ending. The second time through the player needs to collect all six scrolls again, along with four crystal balls. The crystal balls can only be found in the second quest. However, players can miss one of these items and finish the game, but the true ending will not be received.

ThunderCats
ThunderCatsThunderCats is a side-scrolling video game that is based on the original animated television series ThunderCats. The game was published in 1988 by Elite Systems Ltd for home computers. The player takes control of the character Lion-O and maneuvers him through 14 side scrolling levels to search for the missing Eye of Thundera. Lion-O begins the game equipped with the Sword of Omens (with the Eye of Thundera missing from the hilt) but has the option to switch throughout the game between the sword and a short range energy gun. In several levels, Lion-O will jump into a flying vehicle that can fire in a similar manner as the short range energy gun. The first four levels of the game are a part of the Garden of the Elementals, where the player may choose the order they play each of the themed levels, consisting of fire, water, air, and earth. Each level has a time limit to complete it; when it expires, Mumm-Ra appears and more goons and villains appear to make it tougher for Lion-O to finish.
