This is a game with genuine passion for the Transformers franchise. Offers what I believe to be the best interpretation of the Transformers on Cybertron before they head to Earth, with their designs looking the most alien, yet still retaining their classic G1 look. This, and its sequel Fall of Cybertron deserve to be preserved, and made easily accessible.
I remember renting this game from Family Video thinking it'd be crap, and I ended up adoring it. It hasn't aged the best, but the world and voice acting are still top notch. And those animations still impress me with the robotic breathing.
This was one of the first games I purchased for the Xbox 360 at age 13, and I played it like crazy. I miss my 360, now, and I want to enjoy a good old game from childhood and have others play it too.

I love transformers since I was a kid in the 1980s and it felt like paying those games from back then. This game should be preserved and not lost to oblivion, as a once wise unicron said.
Games like these is the reason why this GOG initiative exist. Its an almost(?) lost media. It's a great game with amazing story and full of so much love for the G1 Transformers!
This game, along with Fall Of Cybertron, have been the best Transformers gaming experience ever released to this day. With the cancellation of Transformers: Reactivate, it's time to dust off a piece of history and let it shine again.
I remember watching my dad playing this game and having an absolute blast. He told me this was one of the best Transformers to ever come out and when I finally got around to playing it I gotta say I agree. The story is a blast and the gameplay is very addictive. I would love for more people to finally be able to play this game

It's been ages since I played it, so I can't quite remember how epic it was. I did get to play 'Fall of Cybertron' quite recently though, and that was surprisingly good. These developers really had a passion for making great, spectacular games. Even when they weren't at their best (such as Deadpool, the Bourne game, and maybe this first Transformers title) they still made much better licensed games than most developers / publishers of the time. As far as Fall Of Cybertron goes: There are some brilliant set-pieces, decent action, and still quite impressive graphics despite its age. I'm not sure I'd say this one is a classic, but I sure would like to be able to play it without having to resort to robbing a bank so I can pay the £1000 or so it goes for these days... If nothing else, from what I can remember it was a good first effort, that was then refined to a huge degree in the sequel.
Those games also need your vote!
Parodius
ParodiusShoot'em ups don't come any weirder than Parodius - dodge through waves of killer penguins, neon rabbits and 50ft tall dancing girls. An intense experience of one or two players. This compilation collects the first two arcade incarnations of Konami's shoot'em'up parody series on one disc: Fantastic Journey (Gokujou Parodius) and Parodius (Parodius Da!). Unlike the ports seen on the SNES these are much more accurate to the original arcade version.

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon
Mystical Ninja Starring GoemonThe story follows Goemon's struggles to prevent the Peach Mountain Shoguns gang from turning Japan into a Westernized fine arts theater. The plot calls for three cinematic musical features and battles between giant robots; like other Ganbare Goemon games, it is peppered with surrealist humor and anachronisms. The protagonist of Mystical Ninja is Goemon, a hot-blooded, kiseru-wielding ninja with blue, bushy hair based loosely on the legendary thief Ishikawa Goemon. The lord of Oedo asks him to find those who maimed Oedo Castle. Goemon lives in Oedo Town and is friends with Ebisumaru, a strange, gluttonous fat man who wears a blue bandana. Ebisumaru is defined as lazy and perverted. Their kunai-throwing friend Sasuke is a mechanical ninja (made by the Wise Man of Iga) who enjoys hot baths and Japanese tea. Rounding out the heroes is Yae, a fierce sword-wielding kunoichi, who happens upon Goemon's band in Zazen Town. The villains of the game hail from the organization Peach Mountain Shoguns and include a gang of four "weirdos" led by Spring Breeze Dancin' (Danshin Harukaze) and Kitty Lily (Margaret Ranko). They intend to transform Japan into a stage for their talents.

Turok
TurokTurok is a first-person shooter developed by Propaganda Games, and published by Touchstone Games and Disney Interactive Studios, originally for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in February 2008. It was later ported on to Microsoft Windows in April 2008. A sequel was planned and developed for the Xbox 360 but it was cancelled before it was even officially announced. The game is loosely based on the comic book series of the same title and is unrelated to the story and setting of previous Turok video games. Players assume the role of Native American space marine Joseph Turok, who is part of a team sent to a remote planet to apprehend his previous commanding officer, General Roland Kane, now a wanted war criminal. After crash landing, Turok discovers this planet is home to all manner of dinosaurs, and must fight both the predatory creatures and Kane's private army on his mission to take down his former mentor.
