Not to confused with Rampage, Godzilla and King of the Monsters series. War of the Monsters is quite similar to those. It's more of a tribute of the 50s giant monster movies. I previously had this on PS2 a long time ago. I also loved the surprise character cameo skin. Mecha Sweet Tooth that originally required a save from Twisted Metal: Black. You also could view parts of this as a precursor to Destroy All Humans! series. This was a surprisingly a decent 3D fighting game. King of the Monsters series already on GOG would help this sell to a degree. I would love to play this game again in the near future.
This was an incredibly fun and wacky beat-em-up monster fighting game, that is widely acknowledged as being a sleeper hit for the PS2. Let's bring it back so newer generations can experience the fun!
Such a nostalgic PS2 game, I still have the physical copy. Both the main campaign and multiplayer were super fun, and it was rewarding unlocking the different monster skins. Combat was good, and it was really fun seeing the maps get destroyed as you fought. Interesting monster designs too. I would love to be able to play this again.

I truly believe this is the greatest kaiju game that has ever been made. The amount of destruction you can cause to the environment is unbelievable for a PS2 game. There are city levels that you can, well, level! An arena filled with buildings and skyscrapers can turn to rubble and destruction throughout the course of a fight. My absolute favorite thing to do was an unlimited time/deaths battle against 3 AI monsters and destroy everything - just throwing monsters through buildings and impaling them with rubble for hours!

Asian Dynamite
Asian DynamiteThis game is a direct sequel to Dynamite Deka, meaning in its localised form, Asian Dynamite is a direct sequel to Die Hard Arcade, with the references to the movie franchise removed. The game has not been ported to home platforms, nor has it even seen a US release. It is extremely similar to Dynamite Cop in design, simply sporting an updated Asian aesthetic and replacing Jean Ivy and Eddie Brown with Caroline Powell and Jennifer Genuine, respectively. Caroline is the president's daughter from the first game grown up.
