It was not the innovative gem that its prequel was. Still, it was pretty fun to play.
You still fight over a battlefield divided into zones, with more zones giving you not only more map control, but also more resources. This game adds a few new layers by permitting base building and using new unit types like helicopters. For me, it came at the wrong time, right when the market was being flooded with similar RTS titles, so it did not manage to stand out, unfortunately. If you decide to get into it, though, it really can take you along for a spin, and a really fun weekend.
Voted for this to get proper treatment, the version currently available on steam is a re-port from an Android based port of the game, including the touchscreen based UI, which is... not ideal on PC.
